How do I transfer a blog to a friend

Person A has the blog, Person B wants the blog.
Both must be registered at wordpress.com
Person A invites Person B to join the blog
Person A promotes Person B to Administrator
Person B removes Person A
That’s it.

Theme

Changed the theme again. Don’t like the 3 column that were offered for free. Change to a two column one. Mistylook looks nice but too bad, can’t make any changes unless I pay. WordPress allows you to make changes but you have to pay. Blogger.com give better options but who am I to complain when it is free at the first place.

Modified Presentation

I have selected a new theme and have modified the presentation. However I do feel that blogger.com give better flexibility in modifying scripts rather than having to pay for. Anyway, it’s free right? If I dont like wordpress then I shouldn’t use it. But, what the heck, my plan is to give it a try and give it a try I will. I hope I don’d sound like Yoda. Added the widgets into the 2 bars. Too bad I can’t break the blogroll into more groups.
